Service Description. This Site describes Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning provided by Elite Home Care Cleaning LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Elite Home Care Cleaning LLC or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Termination. Elite Home Care Cleaning LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

As-Is Basis. https://elitehomecarecleaningllcia.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Elite Home Care Cleaning LLC makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Elite Home Care Cleaning LLC arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Elite Home Care Cleaning LLC from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under IA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in IA for any related dispute.

Modifications. Elite Home Care Cleaning LLC may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
